UPDATE 2: I've now got my money back. Has now taken a month and numerous phone calls, but at least ... I can't say anything about the quality of the food. Recommendation: never order on or before public holidays for delivery. Badly organized. Therefore now 3 instead of 1 star. I wish you success! ---- UPDATE: Still haven't got my money back a week later! How about if your Lieferando and / or Paypal instructs / releases the payment ?! Otherwise answer to the answer: if you do not want to deliver 10 minutes to Nortrup, then take it out of the radius, then there are no false hopes. It was also stated that the delivery could take up to 2 hours and we accepted and ordered it, and then it was only after half an hour that the call came that you didn't like the delivery. Stay fair with your offers and update your conditions with Lieferando so that this doesn't happen to more hungry people. --------- Ordered from Lieferando and eagerly looking forward to the pizza. Then half an hour later the call, if we could not pick up, there was so much going on and therefore they would not deliver. So let's be honest: either you offer a DELIVERY service or you just let it stay ... Booking canceled and will probably not happen again.

Picked up food, had to wait 15 minutes at the agreed time and then the food was lukewarm to almost cold, pizza, fries, gyros ordered. Called and complained accordingly, no insight or errors blamed on us. Was pick up, travel time 3-5 minutes, food cold / lukewarm. Our suggestion was that we agree on a voucher for 50% of the consumption, no response. The call was ended by hanging up. Conclusion: never again, bad service, bad complaint management. We will definitely never return / order there and there will never be a recommendation. Can only advise everyone to avoid this pizzeria

Attention!!! This is an absolute juice shop. First, these wooden heads always deliver the wrong orders or too few and then demand the same money. There was also hair on my pizza. These are absolute lay people. No recommendation! Please avoid la cucina!

I order very often from La Cucina (approx. Once every two weeks) and am a huge fan of the pizza rolls and aioli. The food always tastes very good. The atmosphere on site is also very pleasant and everyone is always friendly. However, I would not recommend ordering shortly before the shop closes (30 minutes beforehand). The fresh ingredients were missing from us because they probably didn't want to open or cut them anymore. However, this was not a problem for us, because otherwise everything is always great and it still tasted good. On average, my food is always there after 20 minutes or ready to be picked up.

We ordered here with Lieferando at 9:50 p.m. The Internet is open until 11 p.m. 20 minutes later we are called by Lieferando who had to tell us that it was probably just closing earlier. Guys, if you just close an hour earlier, write it on the internet !! So it is unfortunately a really disappointing performance and I won't order anything so quickly here! From Lieferando, however, very good customer service.

Until yesterday we were satisfied, then ordered yesterday and the phone on the phone was not even what the order value until after eating then it was ok for 25 euros ok but understand does not synonymous a word! After over an hour we have called how long it will take and allegedly they said when ordering it takes 90 minutes which it did not but we waited again for more than 30 minutes and called again because you have hung up and not only once, until we called from another number and wanted to have the boss on the phone 3 times from the number we got him off and told us that they do not deliver food! And then, of course, it was even more exciting to wait after 2 hours and ordered where else to make a call 2 hours 30 minutes ca and was asked where to go! So it is not often there has what brought away and then deliver once and then but not with us, because we had the afternoon already that we wanted to have something away and you were still there after 20 minutes after the opening hours! Now it's enough there are enough others where you can order and eat! And then come with it we do not want to pay so so why should I pay what is supposedly not delivered and after 2.5 hours I do not need to eat anymore
